I just wanted to add, although your attorney may have already told you, that most states, I believe MA is one of them, have laws against "elderly abuse" where someone has taken financial, emotional or physical advantage of an elderly person.

I have an agent, lawyer and property manager in FL, but I can't figure out if it makes sense to have a CPA in MA or in FL since my LLC is registered in FL.I am thinking MA is the right place since I have state taxes to consider, but I wanted to get feedback from people who have experience doing this.Thoughts?
