This has lead me to OH and more specifically NE OH in the Cleveland area.

I think NE dc or like PG county would be SUPER interesting..and have a huge economic effect on real estate but also the communities, businesses, and transit...

You can maybe get one in NE or SE DC or PG county but then your commute will be a disasterCondos are not bad but you will not get as much appreciation.

However, in my area (central Nebraska) I have yet to find a lender who will loan on an investment property for anything over 15 years and 10 years is preferred.

For flips, I like A or B neighborhoods. 2 flips in the last 6 months were in NE heights, one off of Eubank and the other in supper rock park neighborhood (east of tramway by encantado/copper).
