My assumption is that whatever is acquired in a marriage can be split but you should definitely defer to your attorney.

Currently I have 9 properties - with 1 loan in my name only (pre-marriage), 1 loan with my husband (primary residence) and 1 loan in my husband's name only (pre-marriage).

Property acquired by a spouse during marriage is the property of that person separately, unless the person agrees with his or her spouse to hold the property jointly.
