April is the only real low month.It's a funky place -- essentially a 5 room motel (originally built 1959) with a manager's unit (built 1984) tacked onto it.

After 30+ years of property management, I'd say get used to it sucks. 

What I'm hoping to find: I'm hoping to make connections, for mutual benefit; this could be investor friendly agents who have experience with identifying promising house hacks, investors who are looking for an additional financial partner, investors who are looking for a partner to help manage the load of projects (I am naturally drawn to planning and execution), and more broadly anyone who is willing to share experience and create new connections!

We do the leasing for them, but once we get the tenant in place, turn it back over to the owner to manage. 

Property management vs. self-managing:Self-managing—at least in the beginning—can be invaluable.

If you plan to self-manage initially in MI but go full management in Detroit, you’ll want a very dialed-in team.
