I'm curious for all those that invest in Vegas market, how do you think the NHL approving a team here & NFL Stadium coming will effect our market? (From a landlord & investor perspective )

She keeps telling me about the ludicrous prices for renting out these even simple wedding/reception venues.

@ Daniel & Anmmar - that actually doesn't sound that bad - if this group continues to grow at its current pace - we may need to consider a larger venue -even if it cost to use it - $20 is very reasonable to use it for an hour - but what are the fees to be member?

The clubs, the school spirit, and yes, the girls all add up to create magnificent experiences every day!

Develop a fun park with fast go karts, waterpark, etc. in Shasta CountyAn extreme sports venue (Freestyle and Motocross track, BMX, Skateboards, waterpark, etc) with RV Park and small hotel in Shasta County.  

I think that the Supreme Court is going to force the hoa super lien process through the judicial foreclosure process, which is what happens in other venues, and is discussed by the Supreme Court in the above video.

Projects which build homes from the ground up are a magnificent co op effort from the trades, stores, media and the actual community.  

If there aren't 25 replies by Fri night, stop the sale and figure out what's wrong: price (too high) advertising venue, or what.
