I was wondering because of the "trader status" if you sell too much real estate if it's better to put the word Apartments or Rentals in the name instead of a generic nameLike Outback Apartments LLC instead of Just Outback LLC so it shows that your 'intent was to hold it long term'.

This is a big sacrifice but it’s for a good cause and it’s only temporary.5- keep working on your credit to improve both your debt to income ratios. for ex paying off small credit card balances etc can help.Well Im not done but need to stop here because my response is already way too long.

For ex. if there are 3 people living in a SFR, it can be written into the lease that the tenants pay the owner $50/month for water/sewer for the first person living there and another $25 for each additional person (or something along those lines).Hope this helps!
