Hey RubenJust went somewhat same thing with a seller bank changed locks, called mortg. co. asked for key they sent fed ex to my office two days ,I asked them if they assigned to agent they said no ,just call and ask still owners prop. no cutting just ask . good luck

These aren't always obvious, and certainly aren't always the same as the neighborhood divisions or major streets.If you can't just drive to the area, get on a plane and rent a car.Note that I do believe in the "super crunching" sites like cyberhome and zillow do to try to get their estimates.

And Hal, good point, 3 cheers to the ordinary citizens that brought that plane down... to the off duty law enforcement officers that return fire and take out "shooters" in malls..to all of the people that protect their neighbors rather than sit idly by during crimes.

Then a fighter plane from Ridgecrest made such a low level high speed pass that I thought the pilot was going to crash - scared the heck out of me for a second.I really liked the fact that the land was bought and paid for in full.

If your cash position to invest is 500 or 5,000, the best advise is to continue to hoard and educate yourself through this site with seasoned pros in this industry and experienced pros in other asset classes els where. stock tips are worthless unless your friends dad works for an airline that gets a favorable decision on a plane crash case(wallstreet, circa 1987;). p.s. invest in what you know, if you know little invest in your education, books, seminars, etc.
