From what I see, glamping seems to be a Covid fad that is over.

I don't think this is just a fad. 

Not sure if this was just a fad, but during covid  some guy locally here was renting his aistreams and getting $100 a night booked solid.

Anyway, I would love to open/purchase a few clinics focused on weight loss and low carb diet and the new treatments that actually work.

Haven't thought much about this but I guess these are some habits and behaviors that have contributed to my success:-Work/Life balance-Healthy diet (most meals)-Exercise 3x Per week-Always learning (books, blogs, podcasts, forums)-Always networking (meeting agents, contractors, wholesalers, etc)-Build real and genuine connections (not surface level networking)-Always underwriting deals (even when I'm not a buyer)-Being consciously confident, decisive, passionate, positive, and creative.

They have to be on a strict diet to stay small, and most owners don't have the heart to restrict their food like that. 

I find my SFR architect has no real clue on the development side and argue with them constantly with over engineering.. finally got him to put our homes on a lumber diet...

My roommate, who was a varsity athlete, taught me how to work out at the gym and eat a better diet.

I still say the market is still prime and underserved for the landlord side of this service dog fad.  

Again, this is a new fad and there Andre a lot of people who aren't familiar with it.
