Garner played some great roles in some exceptional films and TV series, however none stood out more for me than his Jim Rockford, Private Investigator character.A guy with a troubled past, often broke and living in a cheesy trailer (but in Malibu) Rockford seemed to attract problems and people with problems.

I can tell you 100% that I wouldn't want you to film ANYTHING that me or my company does because that would invite more (new) competition, and generally the competition bids quite stupidly because they have overvalued the subject property.

.- All basement surfaces will be fully treated with Benefect (a highly effective, yet human friendly anti-microbial) to kill any active mold growth, help remove bio-film, and deactivate any viable spore.- The basement area will be fogged with Benefect to drop any contamination from the ambient air, so as to help reduce any risk of cross-contamination, and to provide penetration into any less accessible areas that may not have received treatment to this point.- All basement surfaces, having been treated with Benefect, will be allowed to dry over-night.- After the basement surfaces are checked for dryness, all unfinished interior basement surfaces will be treated with Fiberlock, IAQ 6100, as a mold inhibitor, to allow for a ten year warranty (see notes and warranty for warranty requirements).

By the way, if you don't know who Charles Van Doren is (you might recognize the name somewhere in the back of your mind), he was the academic portrayed by Ralph Feinnes in the film QUIZSHOW about the 1950s gameshow scandal where they were giving Charles Van Doren the answers to the questions they asked him while he was in the isolation booth.
