There are many markets that this will work great. 

So, I started researching the subject.

This isn't analyzing deals, this is just playing a video game.

Not necessarily to represent buyers and sellers but more so for my own research.

I live by this motto because you can not do this alone.

Do you have any specific data sources or tools you rely on for market research?

He even chatted with me through this forum (Bigger Pockets) and was very encouraging that you can even do it just with free stuff out there.
