Humans are social creatures at the end of the day and I personally like to know who I might be dealing with if they can either be a friendly neighbor, a nuisance, or beneficial in maybe keeping an eye out for you).Is it possible to update the gate so that it can open and close by itself and have 4 different codes to it for each neighbor to enter/exit?

So the major reason for the claim denial was the clause about the fence and security.... but they have admitted that clause was entered in error and should not have been there...doesn't that shift the liability to the the company the entered the clause by error?
