I’ve looked at one star Airbnb reviews by Bnb pros whose complaints are minuscule.  

.- Research the Market: Understand the local economy and rental demand—Oklahoma has a strong workforce, particularly in healthcare, aerospace, and energy.- Off-Market Deals: In competitive markets, off-market deals can get you better pricing.

You'd think STR would cause more wear and tear, but the host has to keep it up in great condition to get 5 star reviews. 

And I think they can, should and will continue to work on taking care of Hosts and focus on the Guest experience.My 2 cents,Mike---10 year Airbnb Host with only 5 Star reviews---3 year "Airbnb SuperHost Ambassador" (consultant) with over 650 new Hosts launched under my tutoring.

Or that they’ll be able to use a highly sophisticated technique that can really only successfully be utilized when all the stars align and in circumstances that occur irregularly and need to be recognized as such, always by an experienced real estate investor.
