I am writing to introduce myself as a new member of the real estate community.

Kansas City Ordinance 231019, also known as the Source of Income Ordinance, was introduced in mid-December 2023 and focuses on preventing discrimination against renters based on their source of income.

The 1937 code was 1.5 ft. of working clearance, in 1940 ish, 3 ft was introduced.

I'm delighted to introduce myself to this dynamic group of real estate enthusiasts!

I did hire a part-time "groundskeeper" who deals with weekly things and perhaps, once I exceed 20 units (7 units right now), that person will be a full-on property manager, so I don't have to brag every-time I have to introduce myself X-D.
