I have read dozens of books on gardening, farming, composting, soil science and plant chemistry.

So I was buying repair items for my rental at Home Depot and I forgot and used my personal debit card...is there a simple way of expensing the items and paying for them out of the business account AFTER the fact? 

I'm thinking about buying a unit from Lowes or Home Depot myself and then finding someone to install for me.

It wouldn't take much for me to become the prototypical fat lazy landlord rolling around to pick up fat stacks from his starving skinny boarders, so I at least try to get my dog to the river or the dog park a few times a week, I go out in the garden and pull some weeds (but don't smoke them, those days are long past), hop on my tractor and get some arm exercises in pulling up and pushing down on the joysticks, and get some stair-stepping in when I forgot something down in the garage. 

Typically when it comes to housing you'll want to stick to 3-story garden style without elevators and 18-24 units per building.

There was recently a water intrusion event caused by a clogged drain outside which caused some hydrostatic pressure in the soil and some water came up through the slab, which the tenants promptly cleaned up and I ran a dehumidifier I rented from home depot for 24 hours.

I would suggest Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Floor and Decor, other flooring distributors in your area, etc....

You have no idea what is under there or how they treated the top cap.Who would want to have a garden on top of lead and old batteries?

I also plan on developing an ADU to permit 2 + beds 1 bath unit and community improvements such as installing solar panels, specified parking areas, common areas, a community garden (for tenants only), and rehabbing each unit to force appreciation.
