Do you compile the data in batches then upload for analysis?

How are you compiling all the information and what resources are you using?

I’m still at the very beginning stages but I think some of my first steps are going to be; looking for a wholesaler in my area that I can shadow/learn from, compiling a list of fix and flippers in my area, and working on finding the correct contracts and documents for my situation.Also, to address your point about the 10,000 deal, I have seen that around as well and I’m making sure to be very wary of anything like that, I believe I have the skills to negotiate a deal myself, so I don’t want to be shorted out of any of my profit.Thanks for replying and let’s keep learning!

The American Apartment Owners Association has compiled a state-by-state list of the orders:https://www.american-apartment-owners-association.org/property-management/latest-news/covid-19-eviction-orders-50-state-trackerI looked; couldn't resist - and there are a few states that actually left a landlord/owners property rights in tact throughout the pandemic. 

I pulled comps for the appraiser, grabbed before pictures of our house and compiled a long list of all the projects we had done on the house.

I'll go back and look at compiled lists and try to prioritize which ones to read.Personally, I feel a lot of the new books are full of fluff and could be condensed to a couple chapters and still make their points.
