Every investor has to decide how they want to break down their own asset allocation.

Originally you looked at the investment as a risk vs reward and decided to invest.

Instead, I just decided to head in "that direction" and figured I'd get to the destination eventually. 

I think we also have to remember that we pass this to our kids and decide if our kids are going to want doors or quality assets that run themselves.
