Think about demand when China opens. 

They even had their company carpentry guys completely rebuild the large screened in porch that had started to rot.The company eventually moved their entire operation to China & we took the place back assuming it would revert back to an everyday PITA rental.So, we decided to sell the home to a contractor acquaintance & we held the note @ 10%.

Investor money (downpayment) came from a paypal software engineer and ceo of a china based pharmaceutical company. while in rehab (super ugly at the time), I rented each unit out for 2800 starting in January and collected first months rent and deposits for a cool 8400/month for the entire building.

There's a lot of cheap crap coming over from China.

As long as China is in a slump cotton will be soft.

They left a gorgeous 4-piece Bassett furniture set in the master bedroom, a second bed, a double-recliner sofa, two end tables, two lamps, a TV stand, and a china cabinet.  

This is going to be hard at the moment as I travel 100% for work all over the world so managing a rehab from China is not so easy.Hopefully I can meet up with some of the local members whenever I'm in town.
