I wasn't dishonest about it, I just didn't know about that issue.  

Makes one wonder what else they've been dishonest about. 

therefore the always be closing, film flam , glad handing, somewhat dishonest, RE agent can usually do a lot better than the sincere and earnest agent given their average clientele .

Like I said, I've had these employees who have their cell phones glued to their ears or trying to text under their desks or bathroom breaks that are unnatural (really, 4 times an hour) that simply had to go.It's dishonest and wrong.

The people that ask for 30-60 days for inspections are often "buyers" that have no intention of buying, misleading the seller, and dealing dishonestly.

Personally, I don't see a problem, ethically, with offering to purchase their property as long as you aren't being dishonest in the appraisal process.  

After several back and forth, he is telling me he cannot give me an answer until everything is reviewed, to include another doc from the condo that I also have to pay for.I think he is again jerking me, and I smelled greediness and a dishonest way to do business throughout this whole process.

There are lots more dishonest wholesalers than there are dishonest agents because agents get fined and can lose their license. 

@Randy Chang no doubt that clause seems one-sided, but that doesn't mean the developer is dishonest or has any intent to take advantage of you.

But it brings to mind a question.There are a lot (especially here in Memphis) of unscrupulous and/or downright dishonest frauds in our industry.
