Like I said, I've had these employees who have their cell phones glued to their ears or trying to text under their desks or bathroom breaks that are unnatural (really, 4 times an hour) that simply had to go.It's dishonest and wrong.

Personally, I don't see a problem, ethically, with offering to purchase their property as long as you aren't being dishonest in the appraisal process.

There are lots more dishonest wholesalers than there are dishonest agents because agents get fined and can lose their license.
