Ok, I will put my soap box away.

This is just a "soap box" moment...here it goes: Every time someone has told me or alluded to the fact that banks don't behave or process along logical lines, a little, sometimes not so little, mushroom cloud of disgust erupts over my head.

I have used repeated cat litter, then dawn dish soap rubbed in, more cat litter then finally wash it with dawn dish soap.

Let me hit it one more time with an example then I'll get off my moralistic soap box:In an apartment (many units under 1 roof) with an 'ABSOLUTELY NO PETS' policy the tenant repeatedly assures you they have no pets.

The issue has been answerd ten times over and you all keep getting sucked in by the soap opera stuff. !!!!!

This is mostly a soap box post from me out of disgust, as I feel government, CA or Federal, has no business telling me how much I can invest in any one thing, or how much I can pay in interest.

That's NOT the way to show people that you care about your (and their) local community.OK, I'll step off my soap box now.
