I’ve had the house for 6 month and I feel like there’s so much deferred maintenance that I can’t keep up, should I cut my losses and sell the house?

Hey @Aubrey Adams - not to sound blunt, but there is no good time to buy.

I currently own 4 units in 8 unit complex and i had to pay from my own pocket for cutting down trees because hoa has no money and the other units members dont' want to pitch and could care less also they dont' maintain there budlings which makes the complex look bit down. 

It's been cut up, sold off and dispersed through the generations but our little piece is still where I like to call home.

That was a huge mistake as they wanted roof replacement & grass cut. $6k for roof, $1200 to cut the grass on 10,000 sqft lot.

With the upcoming expected rate cuts making real estate "more affordable", I believe this will unlock many buyer's who've been waiting on the sidelines.

This gives me plenty of incentive to find a way to cut some of these heating expenses.

His lawyer said no , but he said that 5 million was a good number . he tossed the keys across the table , told her to open the gates at 5 am and warm up the trucks , and a whole list of things , and to cut him a check for 5 million . 

Legal competition has cut the cost of a Reg D offering from $25,000 to $8,000.  

If you get a little further out from LSU, you can probably buy in the mid $200k range and cut $200-$300/month out of that.
