I graduate in May and thankfully to my athletic scholarship I will have no college debt to pay off.

It's a very inspiring story, but it would be foolish to think that I could have the same success in the NBA being only 5'10" and no natural athletic abilities.Long story short, my experience shows that the vast majority of successful investors were financially wise, they worked hard, they saved up, and they invested their money in real estate as able.

Being a student athlete how can my schedule compare with that of a professionals with the data and the funds?

Just remember the best athletes in the world coach themselves most of the time.All the best!

Both my daughter and currently my son were/are NCAA Div 1 athletes and let me tell you that is no “free ride.”

In my experience talking with about 2000 investors or so over the last decade, I’ve come to the conclusion that investing actively is similar to being an Olympic athlete.

I told my kids they could not go to OS college unless they got a scholarship-athletic or otherwise.

Plenty of great athletes around here that took time during the off season to study, learn, practice real estate. 

Now he’s a sophomore but I’m waiting one more year for his maturity to put him and 3 more athletes in the house.
