It seems that there is a lot of hype and hyperbole now in REI, and I am seeing a lot of the same markers I saw right before the last recession - ie it seems like everyone's in REI, it seems like there is a generalized anxiety about 'missing out', and it seems like a lot of uneducated investors are making disastrous decisions right now.
