I am reaching the point where I've read so many books and listened to so many pod-casts, that my anxieties to get started (knowing I can't) are getting the best my emotions.

Not knowing this important step is breeding anxiety.

Incidentally, I had lunch with Gordon Moss yesterday (author of book on note investing, 'Performance Anxiety'). 

Do you have as much anxiety about your first deal as I do?

I recently just read Performance Anxiety and NP 2nd's really ring a bell with me.

She moved out of state - not ideal - but we know how to work well together, I can count on her once she says she will do something and I wouldn't have the anxiety of trying to find someone from scratch.

But change always brings about anxiety for tenants, so best to keep things stable while the tenants get used to the new ownership.

It seems that there is a lot of hype and hyperbole now in REI, and I am seeing a lot of the same markers I saw right before the last recession - ie it seems like everyone's in REI, it seems like there is a generalized anxiety about 'missing out', and it seems like a lot of uneducated investors are making disastrous decisions right now. 

I keep all late fees along with one month rent in my operating account to pay for the mortgage so even if they are late, it doesn’t create anxiety on my end.

Sometimes I’d rather watch the Ring in a dark cave surrounded by bats and bugs then have to deal with the exaggerated drama they have on some of those HGTV showsAhh the anxiety!!!
