What's going to happen to the tire kickers?

So in the case of a "tired landlord," if you offer them 6%-7%, perhaps, they jump at it because they see it a good return. 

It can be a tax benefit for a tired landlord, and I tell them that.  

The common denominator of almost all of my acquisitions was a motivated tired landlord reaching out for help. 

Tired of 6 figure checks going out for a single home like this I am running out of cash.

@Thomas Rutkowski doesn't it get tiring attacking people based on things you make up and not based on facts? 

It's a code word for tire kickers who do nothing but loitering around REI clubs (now online, but same concept), talking shop to everybody while doing absolutely nothing to actually close deals and make money.Also drop the "multiple markets" thing.
