If it has gone thru a cycle of seasons and its only an inch at all settling points, I wouldnt be afraid of the deal.

To be honest, I don't know what is holding the roof up, but from my initial inspection and what I included in the pictures has been severely burnt to the point it more char than actual wood.As for the foundation, there is at least a 3-5 inch slope across the 2nd floor.
