Reason I like door knocking is that apparently I come off as a nice, respectable, trust-worthy young guy to most people lol and so I am able to make a personal connection with them.Not to mention we live in the U.S.A., dont get me wrong I love America, I have sworn to serve and protect it, but not everyone here is, how do you say...... smart?

You have to be particularly certain of the trustworthiness and competence of the team you are working with. 

Please tell me if DWELL FINANCE is a legitimate company and if they are trustworthy.Has anyone done business with this company.Thank you

Just a few hundred dollars would do.Buy business cards, bandit signs, enough for a small direct mail campaign, some nice looking clothes to make you look trustworthy if you don't have them.Cheap digital camera off of ebay/craigslist.

You're going to need to find trustworthy people and establish a working relationship with them.

I am experience with turnkey in Indy as well as other markets around the country,  Right now it is difficult to find good turnkey deals in Indy with a truly realiable and trustworthy provider, as inventory with such has been very tight.
