My mentor/partner has been teaching me his process for wholesaling and giving me a commission on each deal we close while I am helping him out with cold calls and other outsourced work. 

Sometimes the agents are sick and tired of short sales and don't want anything to do with it, and sometimes they are willing to play ball, either way it just gives us an additional edge at maximizing our return on the mailers and ultimately getting the deal.The upside: This entire process short of contacting the agents can be completely outsourced!

We get prelims on the west coast in 24 to 36 hours. ( as they have been outsourced like everything else to the Philippines) No attorneys needed  LOL... we don't use attorneys on the west coast only time you do is if you have a dispute..

Everything else is outsourced.

As far as outsourcing PM to family, I don't think it's a good idea for me.

technology that weeds out busy's, drops a voice mail, and allows you to do less manual labor with your fingers, and outsource-able is brilliant..

@Jerome LanierI recommend getting your leads else where (outsourcing the task).

This is one component of the business that I will never outsource to anyone.
