Best piece of advice I ever heard regarding Real Estate: “Buy land, because they aren’t making any more of it.”Of course I apply it to properties in general and not just land.Best reasons I have for investing in Real Estate:- Everyone needs a place to live- Everyone deserves an affordable and clean place to live- It’s hard to lose money on Real Estate if you play the long game and are not looking for a get-rich-quick scheme- It allows me the freedom to spend my time as I chose.

But if we think we deserve whatever we feel like deserving and our business should never ever cause us problems and treat people like chess pieces to get there, I feel we should think again at what we inflict on others sometimes.I don't care if you hate or love what I've said I would love to hear responses to this.

People who are good at it likely DESERVE their $500k/y income.Come to think of it, they're often called: Real Estate Agents!

I tend to think that karma catches up with people, so don't worry, the man will eventually get all he deserves.

My main and primary reason is to provide my parents the life they truly deserve.

But this deserves it's own category.
