Would you recommend just going down to a mobile home park over a weekend and inspecting the homes myself or can I also get a property inspector on top of that to supplement my own inspection?

At the second meeting, the park owner may take into account the information on comparable parks provided by the committee, may supplement the information provided to the committee at the first meeting, and may modify his or her position, but the park owner may not change the information provided to the committee at the first meeting.

Hehas made a good "supplemental" income from this.

Then after I do leave, I can start flipping since I'll have more time and also the supplemental income from the rentals.

We find ourselves making more and more phone calls these days as a supplement to direct mail and other marketing.  

If they are then the decision is more about where you want to live and supplement your mortgage with rental income then it is about buying the best deal or investment.

I am more focused on flipping right now with supplementing my portfolio with cash flow properties.
