We are still new at this, but networking is our weak spot.

This does not mean that I suggest to assume a weak position or not enforce rules - just to the contrary.

My biggest weaknesses in real estate are currently cold calling, and networking.

They can buy in that range mainly rural or weak suburban DG's for credit at close to 7 caps but no rental increases for 10 to 15 years.Now if they want to use leverage there are DG's for 6.7 cap in strong suburban markets with all 4 brick siding and higher traffic count roads.
