At the time, I thought perhaps we HAD wasted his time with an unnecessary claim (not that that justified his actions), but given that there apparently is some real damage to the roof, it makes his actions even more ridiculous.I talked to my insurance agent this morning, told him the entire story (both about the claim that I believe was wrongly denied and also about the attitude of the adjuster), and he immediately escalated to his district manager.
