You can reject for any reason from their attitude, appearance, smell etc.

Taking classes might make you more informed, but you have to have a "can-do" attitude and the ability to make a deal happen in order to be successful.Don't feel like you have to spend money to get educated. 

Our collective attitude has migrated more towards goverment protecting the public from itself, rather than protecting our right to make our own decisions and mistakes.
