For not, I am an Infantry Officer but one of the rare ones that during my first five years (the most rigorous physically) I am still without any real wear and tear on my body so I can't/wouldn't count on disability really adding any income I don't think. 

So I checked the county court records and there they were with 2 failure to pay rent and a 3rd pending ( this means they are getting evicted) The place can sit empty before I just put a warm body in it 

Also, if you're doing a buy and hold in Detroit proper, there are some somewhat unique regulatory requirements that they don't have in some of the surrounding communities.

We need to engage both tenants and elected representatives with compassion for what they are feeling and provide real policy solutions (expanded housing support & regulatory reforms). 

No point in reporting, as cops never come unless there is a body.

They said it has been listed in the "multiple listings" and today, the agent got the key from another company.problem is, we dont have an answering machine.It scared me to think that any body could get the key to my house, and with robbing and home invasions up around NY, worried because the agent did not look like a nice guy.

It is always harder to get rid of a body.
