Actually banks and credit unions will never tell you a word about properties about to be foreclosed on,it’s a matter of legal privacy.

None of the neighboring houses would have a back yard like that and with it being in a subdivision, wouldn't this add a feeling of privacy to the new owners that they would enjoy?

Maybe your unit offers more privacy/fenced in back yard which is perfect for a family with young kids who can play outside without worry.

I just feel bad for the guy or gal who's one of the unfortunate ones.And an LLC in Illinois affords almost no privacy protection.

There is a 6 ft cinder-block fence around the property for privacy.
