I remember 2011-2013, the majority of the houses I looked back then needed a lot of care, repairs, or just outdated. 

My family and I are living in a 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath, descent floor plan, but totally outdated.

I moved in 2017, so this may be pretty outdated. 

I don't wan't to assume bigger is better because the bigger one could have been the first one and been scrubbed down to 64 pages and outdated info taken out.  

I would buy it outdated, add value either square footage or upgrade it, and sell it for a higher price.

Usually trim that old has been painted so many times it's unappealing, and usually the style is outdated.

Sometimes I worry that these podcasts can become outdated with their suggestions when you get into the older ones.
