Hey @Alex Hujdus - Are your observations are pretty general...is there a specific state you are generalizing about?

@Carlos Batrez Below are my observations being in those locations as an investor 1) Independence Height - Its now a place for buy to rehab and/or buy to build and/or buy to live and then exit. 

Below are some of my observations and I wanted to get your opinion, and how would you have handled this to attract more showings and speed up the process. 1) I tried to look up my rental property online ( my realtor listed this for), I am not able to find this property as an active rental on Zillow, trulia and apartment rental websites, I know it got listed on MLS.

@James Green that matches what I have heard and observed there.

I did what I felt was thorough due diligence on it, and observed that despite selling for 100k in 2000, 115k in 2005 and 125k in 2017 the county auditor has regularly been valuing the property between 70-80k for over 20 years.

Letters: Has anyone observed different response rates between these two?

Any suggestions or observations?

I know I can't do the manual work myself, but I'd like to be visible on site - partially to get used to the flow, hear the kibitzing about buying materials, observing things about home repair - -and the work team sees that I'm visible, and watching. 

Then my contractor observed the cheap material used in plumbing.
