Its just that need of human interaction to really get going .Unless you have sit through these fantastic sales seminars and got the inspiration well its hard to imagine... much like church.. we all have a bible or some sort of faith based book.. but we still go to a service to listen to a priest , preacher , Imam , Guru ( of the Indian variety)  what have you.. because its that person to person interaction  that motivates and inspires. 

So after four years serving in the United States Army, I enrolled and graduated with a Bachelors degree.

Army guy here but I have nothing against any of the other branches of service.  

I grew up mostly in the south (Army Brat), but landed in Michigan after my own stent in the Army.

I was born here, but became an Army brat and only returned about 5 years ago, so much has changed!

I've had some exposure to real estate investing in the past and am looking to get back into it.I was an Army officer for six years after college, and bought two properties in 2012 and 2013. 

Our state allows you to sell items to recover costs, or you can just toss it all in the trash or have Salvation Army come pick it up. 

Or locally we have a restaurant on Indian Rocks Beach with a giant shark that looks like it's just been caught.
