As a broker, I would not consider it for a second  Amen Greg,  PM to be worth your time you need a good number of doors.. to put up with the general business dynamic  once you get up to a lot of doors north of 1000 you then have a pretty valuable business that can be sold.. the only state I am aware that does not require a license is Maryland which is surprising thinking of all the money PM's handle on a monthly basis if they have any size of a business..
