So everything in the house was new from windows, to curtains, curtain rods, appliances (a couple we never used) granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinets (beech wood - very hard wood)  fancy backsplash, doors, HIGH END custom trim, flooring the 33 cubic yards of concrete for patio/driveway etc.

I already bought a tri-plex for 156.5k put 18k down and 65k for updates (granite, cabinets, bathroom, kitchen, floors, appliances) I’m a contractor and have contractor connects so i did most of the work myself or for a significantly reduced cost.

I just think you did a cheap renovation and it shows, I mean you painted over wood panel, no granite in the kitchen, old cabinets w no knobs, you didn't open up the space between the living room and the dining room, you didn't tile the bathroom shower, who knows what the vanity looks like and its a 2bd/1 bth with a house in a not great area.

Not trendy, just light and fresh and warm.But, if otherwise everything is functional and clean and not god-awful, you should be fine - assuming you're not in a really rich trendy area that absolutely demands granite countertops.
