I have sat down with entrepreneurs who've wasted their entire life savings on their new venture, all because no one in their family wanted to be blunt with them and tell them their idea sucked, or that they weren't cut out for running a business.

I've done plenty of mortgages for violent felons and ex cons, and met some amazing entrepreneurs who applied their "street knowledge" ability to hustle to something lawful like plumbing or car repair.

But then I leaned from BP members about a variety of different tactics on lifestyle and entrepreneur mindset. 

I find entrepreneurs do not usually retire in the typical sense people think of with a J-O-B.I love what I do with commercial real estate so do not see retiring as an option.
