I have worked with a lot buyers that are recently disappointed with the inventory will qualify for FHA.

I was very gung-ho about it initially but have become disappointed in the platform  based on the number of properties that have late payments, are in pre-foreclosure, or are in outright foreclosure with legal hurdles preventing the sale of the asset.
