Might get it in older areas, tougher areas, but I think that will bump up all your costs like legal, insurance, vacancy, and CapEx....so it's a balance.Who knows where the best place to put your money for long term wealth, but I don't ever think I have ever heard about, read about, or met someone who got super wealthy buying BBB+ bonds with 5% interest....what is average bond return over past 10 years?

I find a huge % of people have some level of interest, huge like 80%, because it's interesting, popularly known, and come on it's wealth building, who doesn't have an interest in being wealthy right.
