I have more than enough work from previous/existing clients that are thrilled to have me, know my work, and know I’m fair.

But, for my first deal I'm thrilled, just got my my money back out, and will be looking for deal #2!

So, when they see a foundation repair, they're thrilled! 

It honestly was a great deal, and we are thrilled we spent the money.  

But for right now the only buyer I would trust is someone with the actual cash. on the flip side we had 5 closings this last week  One hedge fund  One refi  ( big one ) One sale to owner occ ( Vegas and they were laid off from Casino just needed to get a letter from Casino that they will go back to work in 30 days which they did and FHA funded) payoff from 2 turnkey buyers one a US citizen the other I think from South America and one other owner occ all of these in different states..  

I’ll give up the short term thrill for long term benefit. 

I'm just so thrilled to be able to help other women have financial and time freedom so they can enjoy their lives, be a part of their children's lives and help others. 

I know there are casinos, wineries, and agriculture - does this create enough rental demand to ensure there won't be long term vacancies.

I'm sure both the HOA and the bank were thrilled.

I'd be thrilled to get those numbers.
