However, contrary to popular belief, not every agent is dying to work with every investor (or every buyer or seller for that matter).  

There are a few exceptions I've had to this generalization, but the overwhelming majority are on a continuum as described above.My belief is that well-managed, cash flowing properties are seldom put up for sale, so my assumption is with each purchase I'm stepping into someone else's train wreck.

I am of the belief that they should be looking at the cashflow of the assets, since that's what they are lending on.

I believe this is a political decision resulting from the belief that MHPs become slums that attract "trailer park boys."

This is where I differ in belief with Russell who thinks you need a big named company to do well in a market.
