It has a nice sized garden with two garden sheds.

The backyard was completely redone, new retaining walls, side garden with automatic watering, etc.

You can’t expect tenants to maintain elaborate gardens anywhere, though.

We spent about $94k: new: kitchen, baths, floors, carpets, windows, lighting, HVAC, gardens front and back.

I’m a gardener and would love to live on some land so I can put my hobby farm skills to use, but the homes with land in Florida seem to be in areas where I am concerned about safety.
