Have rates moved that would allow for a renegotiation of your spread or, if floating with a rate cap, can you negotiate your required replacement escrows?

If the GP asking for more capital call sometimes there're only three choices (i) losing your 25k now(ii) adding another 25k, with the risk of losing 50k(iii) or maybe my 50k would return 60k after 4 years.I guess depending on the "financial situation" of the GP and property,; lets say they have floating rates, and all their portfolio is due next year, I guess it's wiser to lose the 25k than lose 50k.

If you are going over OSB then i would recommend a floating floor system that locks like Allure flooring.

Now they've decided to go to this Coretec product at $3.2/sqft that supposedly is fully waterproof, needs no moisture barrier, can go in kitchens and bathrooms, floating floor no glue required.
