There is no training or certification for a service animal/esa required under the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988. 

Is it fair to ask the language to be amended to include that if any matters were taken to court, the losing party would pay for legal fees? 

The S-Corp Petty cash balance became income, he forgot to expense the phone system so had to do an amended return & then he entered her SSN incorrectly on her personal & that caused us a lot of work.
