BUT i can give you my numbers from my recent jobs:interior/exterior/cabinetry refinish and paint (includes all caulking of new baseboard and trim) - $5500new exterior trim throughout the entire home + new gutter - $3000flooring install w/ baseboard $2 per sq ftdont take these to heart as AGAIN, my guys arent your guys, my job isnt your job and it all varies :)

It could be price but also could be, non-trimmed hedges that make it unappealing (had this happen once), lack of a dishwasher, and lack of great pictures....The fastest way is to drop the price, however, it is not the only way.

They claim they have had to trim the tree, resort to extensive clean-up and the excessive growth has caused vermin and other creatures to feed off the tree.I researched California tree law and learned that the neighbor has a right to trim the parts of the tree that are extending onto their property but don't have a legal claim/dispute against me unless harm is caused.
