Hi folks, I am a US citizen and a novice RE Investor but my parents are Canadians living in Canada.

One of the folks in my network (Canadian) is actively buying HVAC business on the East Coast with his partner with the intention of scaling up operations and either enjoying the cash flows or selling to a bigger player. 

The methodology is the same, so you can really compare apples to apples across Canadian markets.
