They don't want anything to do with personal finances, so it can't be a complete replacement for my mint and personal capital finance.Stessa looks like it will natively do all the heavy lifting for my taxes, it creates 1099s and allows you to make very types of reports.It is the best solution for accounting, income, and expense management I've seen.It's not perfect, the dashboard is boring after you've seen it the first 20 times.

David Dachtera The sulpher smell coming from the hot water is most likely the result of bacteria in the water reacting with the anode rod that is installed in the water heater.

I would try to have the "cash for keys" already on paper between you and the tenant and then show that to the lender and see how they react.
