With light rail opening in 2023 and Vulcan's 23rd and Jackson project celebrating its 2nd birthday, the neighborhood will start blowing up.

She works for the owner.I'd probably say yes and ask what she had in mind, I'd be keeping those text messages too.I can say yes, since I don't mind paying for a bit of a celebration, or giving tickets to a game.

there are two groups near you:  NHREIA.com in Manchester which is the second Wednesday, and NH Real Estate Investors Mastermind which is the third Wed I think, you can find that group on Meetup.  

You should come to the local AZREIA meeting next week at the celebrity theatre.

I do ask if they are celebrating any special occasions and have they been to the area before rather than what bring them to the area.

At the end of the day small victories need to be celebrated.
