I have moved 5- 40yd roll-offs of June and demo out of this hoarder home I’m currently flipping. last year was my hoarder house year did 5 of them one of them and this is no kidding over 300,000 pounds of junk to the dump that's one house. asbestos remediation on all of those cost me well over 50k alone not to mention lead paint.. there are going to be some pretty surprised flipper in the coming years as they deal with the new regs on these old houses.
